Our services
What We Do Best
Wedding coordination
Your personal wedding coordinator designs your wedding, handles the full permits, and offers logistical advice before the day. They also keep everything running smoothly at the ceremony.
Santorini proposals
Surprise your loved one with a marriage proposal on the caldera. Champagne and a candlelit dinner as the sun goes down is a very hard way to hear no.
Professional celebrant
Our licensed celebrants and ministers personalise your vows and perform a heartfelt ceremony. Your officiant also helps you obtain your Santorini marriage licence.
How the evening runs
Your Day, Hour by Hour
Every wedding we plan is built backwards from one fixed point: the sunset. Tap through a real Santorini wedding evening.

Hair & make-up
The beauty team comes to you. Hair and make-up happen at your hotel, unhurried, while the photographer captures the getting-ready frames couples treasure most.
The Mercedes arrives
An air-conditioned Mercedes picks each of you up from your hotel — separately, if you're keeping the first look for the aisle — and delivers you to the venue with time to breathe.
The ceremony
Our standing advice: say your vows one hour before sunset. The heat has gone out of the day, the light is turning gold, and the caldera does the rest.
The golden hour
While your guests take their seats for dinner, you slip away with the photographer for the shoot every Santorini couple comes here for — married, at sunset, on the edge of the caldera.
Dinner above the caldera
Candles lit, the sky still glowing behind the volcano. A four-course dinner, the toasts, and nobody checking the time.
The night is yours
Music, dancing, or just the two of you and a bottle of champagne under the stars. We stay until the last detail is done — you won't notice us leave.
The island does the decorating. We do everything else.
Where you marry
Wedding Venues
We have chosen some of the best wedding venues on the island. If you would rather not pay a rental fee at all, there are semi-private free venues too.

Saint Nicholas Chapel
A blue-domed chapel courtyard in the countryside, overlooking the Aegean and Fira town. Reachable by car, bus — even helicopter. The only venue that keeps its rental fee genuinely low.

Aion Santorini
A new venue in Fira built for elegant private events — elopements, proposals and private dinners — on the caldera side, facing the sunset.

Le Ciel Santorini
Versatile design, state-of-the-art facilities and a team dedicated to making your event a success — one of the island's most-photographed wedding settings.

Santo Winery
The biggest winery on the island, on the cliffs before Pyrgos village — an ideal location for larger weddings with a panoramic caldera view.
Before the wedding
Propose in Santorini
Photography proposals from €900, a private terrace from €1,300, a private dinner at Aion from €1,500, or a yacht at sunset from €2,100. We plan the disguise, the moment, and the champagne right after it.
Wedding flowers
Select Your Wedding Style
Our four house floral styles work in every kind of wedding setting. Pick one as a starting point, or tell us the colours you have in mind and we build from there.

Romance
For the romantic couple that enjoys modern sophistication. Includes blush-toned flowers with a touch of green.

Boho
For the free spirits who appreciate a wild and organic feel. Various greens, combined with white or colourful assorted seasonal blooms.

Tropical
For the fun-loving couple that seeks a tropical wedding experience. Bright colours, exotic blooms and tropical foliage.

Timeless
For the classic couple that values elegance and luxury. White roses and greens, enhanced with seasonal exotic blooms.
Common questions
Questions and Answers
What is the best time of day to hold a wedding in Santorini?
We usually advise our couples to book their wedding one hour before sunset, so they can enjoy a beautiful sunset photo shoot after the ceremony. Sometimes this depends on the availability of the venue and the available time slots of the registrar. We also recommend not holding the ceremony in the middle of the day, as the weather in Santorini during June, July and August can be very hot.
I've sent a request. What happens next?
We will reply as soon as possible with availability for wedding venues and receptions, and with the options that fit what you have described.
Is our civil marriage in Santorini legal worldwide?
Yes. The marriage certificate is a legal document issued by the Greek Government and is accepted internationally. You will use the certificate to register your marriage back home once you have received it.
How do we obtain the marriage certificate?
After the ceremony we arrange a meeting at the Town Hall so we can proceed with the final signatures. Getting your marriage certificate with the apostille stamp usually takes 3–4 weeks. As soon as we receive it back from the Town Hall we send it to you by post.
Do we meet in person when we come to Santorini?
Yes, of course. We meet in person when you arrive on the island, for the last questions and answers you might have about your special day.
How do I pay you?
You can pay the deposit for the official booking via PayPal, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or bank transfer.
