What a Santorini Wedding Costs
Real prices from the planners who quote them — every figure on this page is a current package price, not an estimate.
The short answer
A Santorini wedding costs from €950 for a basic civil ceremony to around €9,500 for an all-inclusive celebration for 35 guests with the venue included. Most couples spend €1,550–€3,890 on their ceremony package, plus venue rental — from €0 at Santorini's free venues to €450 per hour at the Saint Nicholas chapel.
Most price guides for Santorini are written by bloggers averaging other people's numbers. This one is different: we are the planners, and these are the prices we quote couples today. Each figure links to the package it comes from, with the full inclusion list.

The Venue Is the Variable
Every wedding venue on Santorini is private property with its own rental fee, so packages quote the venue separately — you only pay for the venue you choose. The Saint Nicholas chapel keeps its fee genuinely low at €450 per hour for up to 30 seated guests, and the island still has free wedding venues with no rental fee at all.
The caldera-view event venues — Le Ciel, Aion, Santo Winery — price by season and day, so we confirm the current fee when we check your date. Six of our packages include the venue in the price; the rest say clearly what is and isn't covered. See the full venue price guide.

What Else Goes in the Budget
Guests' dinner
For weddings with guests, the reception meal is priced per head by the restaurant or caterer. Santorini has reception venues from winery terraces to cliffside restaurants — see our catering page for how menus work.
Transport

What is the cheapest way to get married in Santorini?
Our Basic Civil Wedding package is €950 and covers the marriage licence, Town Hall fees, celebrant and witnesses. Held at one of Santorini's free wedding venues — like the Profitis Elias chapel yard or an open terrace above Oia — there is no venue rental fee on top.
Why isn't the venue included in most packages?
Every wedding venue on Santorini is private property with its own rental fee, and the fees differ between venues and seasons. We quote the venue separately so you only pay for the venue you actually choose. Six of our packages do include the venue — it is marked clearly on each package page.
How much does an all-inclusive Santorini wedding cost?
Our all-inclusive packages run from €7,400 for a 50-guest wedding with ceremony, reception, four-course meal, DJ and photography, up to €9,500 for a ceremony on the Santo Winery terrace with reception at Pyrgos for 35 guests — winery hire and transfers included.
Do your prices include VAT?
Package prices are quoted as they appear on each package page — where VAT is not included, the package page says so. We confirm the total in writing before you book, with no hidden fees.
When is a Santorini wedding cheaper?
Venue availability is better and some costs are lower in the shoulder months — April, May and October. The caldera venues book out earliest for June and September sunset slots.
