Who we are

Santorini Wedding Planner is a family wedding planning business run by Nikos and Anna from Fira, Santorini, Greece. For anything about your data, write to info@santoriniweddingplanner.com.

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, email address, preferred date, guest count, the kind of ceremony you are planning and your message. We use them to answer you, to check availability with venues and the registrar, and for nothing else. They are sent to us by email and are not stored in any database on this website. We never sell or share your details with anyone except the venues and officials needed to plan your day.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies unless you agree to analytics. If we ask and you accept, Google Analytics measures which pages are read, with your IP address anonymised; if you decline — or simply ignore the banner — nothing is loaded and nothing is tracked. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser. A small browser storage entry remembers your choice and whether you closed the announcement bar; it identifies nobody.

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you contact us through WhatsApp, those messages are handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy. Email and phone conversations stay between us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. One email to info@santoriniweddingplanner.com is enough.
